Terms and Conditions for the “Giveaway”
By entering the Giveaway, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility
1.1. The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United Kingdom who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. 1.2. Employees of Emily Canham and their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, and children), affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, or anyone else professionally connected with the Giveaway are not eligible to participate. 1.3. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase or payment will not increase your chances of winning.
2. Entry Period
2.1. The Giveaway begins on 20.09.2024 and ends on 10.10.2024 at Midnight (the “Entry Period”). 2.2. Entries submitted after the Entry Period will not be accepted.
3. How to Enter
3.1. To enter, participants must: Follow @EmilyCanham, Like and comment on the giveaway video and save the giveaway video. 3.2. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, fraudulent, or corrupted will not be accepted.
4. Winner Selection and Notification
4.1. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The selection will be conducted within 5 of the Giveaway closing date. 4.2. The winner will be notified by social media within 5 days of the draw. If a winner does not respond within 5 days of notification, Emily Canham reserves the right to select an alternate winner. 4.3. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of an entrant, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the authorised account holder of the email address or social media account associated with the entry.
5. Prizes
5.1. The prize will consist of Drunk Elephant The Littles 7.0 Set. 5.2. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable. No cash alternative will be offered. 5.3. Emily Canham reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value at its discretion without prior notice.
6. Delivery of Prizes
6.1. The prize will be sent to the winner within 5 of receiving confirmation of their details. 6.2. Emily Canham is not responsible for any delays, damage, or loss of the prize in transit. 6.3. The winner may be required to provide proof of identity and eligibility to claim the prize.
7. Publicity
7.1. By entering the Giveaway, participants agree that Emily Canham may use their name, image, and/or likeness for promotional purposes without further consent or compensation, unless prohibited by law. 7.2. The winner may be required to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the Giveaway.
8. Personal Data
8.1. Any personal data provided by participants will be used in accordance with the Emily Canham Privacy Policy.
8.2. Personal data will only be used for the administration of the Giveaway and for promotional purposes where consent has been provided.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1. Emily Canham accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any participant entering the Giveaway or as a result of accepting any prize. 9.2. Emily Canham is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, website or social media errors, or other issues that may prevent an individual from entering or claiming a prize.
10. Disqualification
10.1. Emily Canham reserves the right to disqualify any participant who breaches these terms and conditions or who engages in fraudulent or unlawful behaviour. 10.2. Automated or bulk entries will be disqualified.
11. Changes to the Giveaway
11.1. Emily Canham reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate the Giveaway or extend or resume the Entry Period if it becomes necessary to do so for reasons beyond Emily Canham’s control.
12. Governing Law
12.1. These terms and conditions are governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
