Sometimes keeping motivated is difficult but then I came across the PumpUp app. It’s like a whole community so people post pictures of their food, progress, workout regimes it gives you the kick up the bum you need!
I love the whole community thing but the feature I find most useful is being able to log my progress and track where i’m at.
