Body Confidence!

Hey everyone!

Ash and I recently posted a video about body confidence on our joint channel, The Mandashian’s, and i just wanted to summarise the points we made!

1. Confidence With Clothing

Wear clothes that enhance you ‘good bits’ and make you feel better about the parts of your body that you are less confident with. Also, wear clothes you are comfortable in so you’re not fussing about your clothing.

2. Bikini Body

Wear a bikini that suits your body. If you need a bit of help in the boob department, then get a push up bikini. Cover ups are also your best friend when making you feel more body confident; kimonos, shorts, shirts.

3. ‘Boys Boys Boys’

BOYS DONT PICK OUT YOUR INSECURITIES LIKE YOU DO. basically. Personality over everything.

4. ‘Fake It Till You Make It’

Just smile, even if you don’t feel confident. Fake tan, make up ANYTHING that’s going to boost your body confidence. 

5. Food

Clean eating is key. Not weight loss. Healthy eating. The healthier you eat the better you are going to feel, it will also cause less bloating. WATER. But of course, if you want a pizza or some chocolate HAVE IT!

6. Friends

Having a friend/friends to bounce off really helps. Sometimes you need someone to give you a kick in the bum and remind you that you’re amazing.

7. Smile

You’ll look a million times more beautiful and a million times more body confident.
